10. Financing Terms and Language

All financing companies are third party vendors. Your New Looks has no control over any approval. All approvals are based on credit check and credit history. Financing offers may vary and differ based on each individual. Financing offers can be changed and altered. Financing is based on approval.  

0$ down , 0% interest, monthly payment estimates, and monthly payments are just a general figure and are not accurate and are subjected to approval by the financing companies and may change and differ based on credit, term, and history.  

Guaranteed payment plans or in house payment plans are subject to 20% down payment of total quoted price. Procedure will not be performed or completed until full payment is made and balances are paid in full.  

11. Marketing, Specials & Subscription 

By filling out any form(s) on our website your are subscribing for E-mails and texts for appointment reminders, educations information, specials, and marketing material. Your information will be used to send offers and relating materials.  

To unsubscribe; text STOP in text, click on unsubscribe in bottom of the e-mail, or write a letter and send to our offices to be removed from list. please confirm receipt of letter.  

None of the marketing terms, offers, languages, words, trade marks, images, and videos on the site and on our pages and marketing materials are meant to be suitable for everyone and all individuals, nor its necessary to consider. Results, expectations, outcomes, understanding may be different per each individual and for each individual.
